Company in Findlay, OH is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, be organized and self motivated.

Job Duties Include:

Complete move-out and move-in processes to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
Performs minor electrical maintenance including, but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (eg, wall switches and outlets, bulbs and tubes, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand power and specialist tools.
Performs minor plumbing maintenance (eg, replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging or drains, adding new lines, etc.).
Perform basic maintenance skills including but not limited to painting, carpentry, and mechanical.
Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust.
